Delete your account

In the app — immediate

Open Settings and choose Delete my account. Your account and every replay stored under it are removed straight away. This cannot be undone.

Without the app

Email info@king-chi.org from the address on your account, with the subject Delete my account. If you never signed in there is no email address on file — tell us the account identifier from Settings, or simply delete the app, since an anonymous account holds nothing that identifies you.

We will confirm within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account identifier.
• Every replay, decision and result stored under it.
• Your declared experience level and everything measured from your runs.

What is not

• Your purchase. It is held by Apple or Google, not by us, so deleting your Ghost Run account does not refund it — and does not need to cancel anything, because a one-time purchase does not renew. If you sign in again later, Restore purchases brings the unlock back.
• Anonymous, aggregated analytics that cannot be traced back to you.
• Records we are required by law to keep, such as proof of a transaction.
