1. What Ghost Run is
Ghost Run is an educational simulator operated by King Chi LTD. It replays historical market data and records the decisions you make against it. It is not a broker, not an investment service and not a gambling product. No real money is ever staked, transferred or won.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing in Ghost Run — including the coach’s feedback, the explainers, the glossary and this website — is financial, investment or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. It is not personalised to your circumstances. If you need advice, speak to someone authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority.
3. About the data
Replays use historical prices. They are anchored to real closes at the moments that matter and are approximate in places. They are illustrative and must not be relied on as a record of what any instrument traded at. Past performance tells you nothing about the future.
4. Your account
You may use Ghost Run without an account. If you create one, keep your credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time in Settings, or by requesting deletion.
5. Purchases
Two replays are free and always will be. The rest are unlocked by a single purchase, sold and billed by Apple or Google under their terms.
It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Nothing renews, nothing is charged again, and there is no trial to forget to cancel. Once bought, the unlock stays with your Apple or Google account — reinstall the app or change phone and Restore purchases in Settings brings it back.
Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their policies; we cannot issue them directly. A refunded purchase re-locks the paid replays.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to circumvent the entitlement checks, reverse engineer the service, or use it to provide advice to anyone else.
7. Liability
Ghost Run is provided as is, for education. To the extent permitted by law, King Chi LTD is not liable for any decision you take about real money, before or after using it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
